Together with KLM and other partners, we are working on the Brightsky project to develop a robotic solution for automated inspection, maintenance and repair of airplane engine parts. To demonstrate these capabilities, we presented our Tic-Tac-Toe Robot at the KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Engineering & Maintenance innovation fair. The robot captures our core expertise: motion planning, making contact with a surface, computer vision and intelligence in decision-making. Judging from the reactions, the robot was a big hit and a perfect icebreaker to introduce ourselves to visitors.

Many thanks to our excellent software team for developing and presenting the robot. Are you a student and would you like to take our robot to the next level? Contact us at samxl@tudelft.nl to inquire about internship and job opportunities!
